to establish and maintain a green or natural burial ground for the use of the residents and former residents of Gabriola, Mudge and Decourcy Islands as well as members of their families and members of the Snuneymuxw First Nation;
to advance education and understanding of natural or green burial in the community and holistic deathcare practices; and
to acquire the necessary funds to further those purposes.
